HIALEAH, Fla. - A Hialeah man was arrested Sunday in connection with the theft of more than $10,500 worth of tools from pickup trucks over the past two months, the Hialeah Police Department said.Ifrain Roque-Garcia was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt in his Chevrolet Trailblazer, and officers learned that his license was suspended.
