The flamingo had escaped from the Hialeah Park Casino near 4th Avenue and E 9th Street, according to authorities. At some point, an officer spotted the large pink bird weaving through traffic, Hialeah Police said. That’s when he jumped into action and chased the flamingo. Officers were able to restrain a bird using a traffic jacket after the flamingo escaped from Hialeah Park. (..
