HIALEAH, Fla. - Two vehicles were damaged Tuesday morning in a roadway shooting in Hialeah, but the driver who is believed to have been the intended target is not cooperating with the investigation, police said.The shooting was reported in the area of East Eighth Avenue and 65th Street.Hialeah police Sgt.
